The Butcher Shop
At the Butcher Shop, we offer smoked products along with marinated steak kabobs, pork and chicken kabobs along with fresh cut steaks and pork chops daily with 85% lean ground beef made in-house. We also offer bakery goods such as ready-to-bake cookie dough and buns. We also offer USDA-inspected slaughter and processing of beef, hogs, and lambs. We offer wildgame processing as well but that is not inspected.
